Selection of skills with autompletion

Elements: text input field & suggestions select field

• When the user types in the text input field, call the autocompletion endpoint and display the results in the select field.
  • You should use debouncing to limit the number of API calls. Somewhere around 200ms is a good balance.
• When the user clicks on a skill, store the skill’s name and id (optionally store the slug if you use skills in URLs) within the related individual record (such as the candidate profile or job posting).
• If the API does not find a skill:
  • allow the user to select their search term
  • store their search term as the skill’s name, leaving the id empty
  • call the POST /api/skills/suggest/new endpoint with the following body:
    • name: search term from the user
    • lang: the user’s language (ISO-639-1 code)
